ADMISSION NOTICE
For 2018-2019 Session
This notice is to bring attention to all aspiring Candidates / Students that our Admission for 2018-2019 Session to all Degree & Diploma courses at Indian Institute of Digital Arts and Animation (IIDAA) is Going on. You are requested to submit your application for your admission, immediately. The Admission form is available both on Institute Campus and Online.
You are requested to contact the Admission Coordinator to inquire for the availability of the seat.
Read the "Admission Procedure" mentioned below carefully for detail information regarding How to Apply. Please note, this will continue till the remaining seats are full.

How to Apply
IIDAA welcomes application from students with appropriate qualification, equivalent qualification, prior learning / experience, or a beginner with a demonstrated interest in the subject.
Candidates can directly apply to the college Admission Office using an appropriate Application form.
APPLICATION FORM for all UG & PG courses are available at :
ADMISSION OFFICE - Application form for all UG & PG courses are available at the Admission Office @ Rs.500 [$22 for International Candidates]. Application form once collected must be submitted within 7 working days.
ONLINE - Candidates can apply online for any course at http://iidaaindia.com/our-courses/online-application/ the Application fee of Rs.600 [$22 for International Candidates] should be submitted to the Institutes Banking Account or Bank Draft / DD can be forwarded to the Institutes Mailing Address. Candidates have to provide the Bank Transaction details / DD Number to apply Online. Upon verification / receipt of the DD, the prospectus and other associate documents will be sent to the candidate mailing address. Students must submit the Application form within the last date of Application.
DOWNLOAD - Application Form are also available for download from the link below. The duly filled up Application Form along with the documents (Single copy of Admit Cards & Mark-sheets) and Application Fee Bank Draft / DD of Rs.600/ ($ 22 for Foreign Candidate) has to be forwarded to the college campus mailing address. Upon receipt, the prospectus and other associate documents will be sent to the candidate mailing address. Students must submit the Application form within the last date of Application.
All Bank Draft / Demand Draft will be in favour of "THE INDIAN INSTITUTE OF DIGITAL ART& ANIMATION" Payable at KOLKATA.
Candidates are requested to follow the above Admission Notice or Contact Admission coordinator for the detailed information about Application Form Distribution Date, Bank Details and the Last Date of Application for Admission.
Only the Candidates submitting proper application [Duly Filled / Correct Information] and application fee will be considered as an Eligible Applicants.
Selection Procedure
DIRECT ADMISSION
Applicants who have archived more than 60% in the last examination [PUC / 10+2 / Graduation] are eligible to take direct admission to any UG & PG courses. Only the Eligible applicants of this category will be provided with Admission Offer Letter [Over the Mail] within next 7 working days from the date of application. To complete the Admission Process candidates must visit the campus to fill up the Admission Form and submit Documents along with the Admission fee within the stipulated date as mentioned on the Admission Offer letter. Candidates must bring the printed copy of the Admission Offer Letter.
ENTRANCE EXAMINATION
The Applicants who have archived less than 60% in the last examination [PUC / 10+2 / Graduation] has to appear Entrance examination to be eligible for the Admission to any UG & PG Course. Entrance Examination will be conducted online. Only the Eligible applicants of this category will be provided with Exam Portal Registration Letter and Link [Over the Mail] within next 7 working days from the date of application.
EXAM PORTAL - REGISTRATION
Candidate have to register themselves on the provided Exam Portal Link [No Extra Registration Fees Required - except the Application Fee] to appear the online Entrance examination. Registration form includes Personal and Educational Details along with Passport Size digital Image of the Applicant. Applicants are suggested to keep record of the Login ID and Password which will be required to appear the Entrance Examination and for further notifications.
EXAM PORTAL - NOTIFICATION
Registered Applicants will receive Exam Notice on the Exam Portal - Notification Tab mentioning the date on which the candidate has to appear his / her online exam. On successful completion / Passing of the Entrance Examination, the result will be published on the same Exam Portal - Notification Tab, along with the Printable Admission Offer Letter.
EXAM PORTAL - EXAMINATION
Entrance Test comprises of two sections, Exam section and Portfolio Upload section. Admission eligibility will be evaluated on the percentage archived from the summation of the score from the both section. Applicants must score above 60% to be eligible for the Admission to any UG / PG Course.
The Exam Section consists a set of multiple choice questions [MCQs] within a stipulated time frame from the topics of General Knowledge, Media & Entertainments, Fundamental of Computers and Subject Knowledge (Questions on Subjects depends on the course applied by the candidate, e.g. Photography oriented question for the candidates applying for Photography Course). In the Portfolio Upload Section candidates have to submit 4 Image files on a given Topic / Genre. The details of the Topic / Genre are provided to the applicants before the examination on the Portfolio notification along with the exam notification. Applicants can appear the two section separately but the Exam Process ends only after the completion of both Section.
RESULT & ADMISSION
The results of all candidates are published within next 7 working days from the date of Examination. Applicants who have archived more than 60% in the Entrance examination are eligible to take admission to any UG & PG courses. Eligible candidate will receive Admission Offer Letter on the Exam Portal Notification and Over the Mail. To complete the Admission Process candidates must visit the campus to fill up the Admission Form and submit Documents along with the Admission fee within the stipulated date as mentioned on the Admission Offer letter. Candidates must bring the printed copy of the result and the Admission Offer Letter.
Special Provision
RESERVATION FOR FOREIGN CANDIDATES
There is a provision for enrolling 2 (two) FOREIGN STUDENTS in each discipline. These students may apply through Indian Council for Cultural Relations (ICCR); accordingly they should get in touch with the respective Indian Embassies. Candidates are to submit credentials regarding his/her knowledge of English Language. Candidates may directly contact the institute with details of credentials as per ICCR guideline.
CANDIDATES WITH DISABILITY
Subject to qualifying the selection procedure with due concessions & on recommendation of the medical board- candidate may be admitted to the suitability of the course he/she opted for.
